Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking a polisher/deburring specialist with strong hand finishing skills. A minimum of 3 years of experience in polishing/deburring is required, along with solid GD&T knowledge.

Candidates must be comfortable inspecting close tolerances and contributing to quality finishes. Responsibilities include operating hand buffers and polishers, deburring parts, and completing radii and surface finishing tasks as specified.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in polishing/deburring.
• Must have strong GD&T knowledge and ability to inspect close tolerances.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hand-operated buffers and polishers to achieve a level of detail and perfection.
• Deburr and finish parts.
• Finish operations including sizing and finishing platform radii and platform surfaces, radius chords, polishing operation and breaking sharp edges as required.
• Work on parts that have closer tolerances and more complex shapes.
