Job summary

Integer is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and monitor production machinery, read drawings, and perform finishing operations. You will follow safety and quality procedures while documenting processes and maintaining equipment.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and a high school diploma. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am, with a 22% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related work experience operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Special Skills: ability to read drawings/blueprints and interpret information.
• Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Must read English and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors machines used in production.
• Loads component materials into tools and performs finishing operations.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance.
• Cleans, maintains, and calibrates machinery as needed.
• Follows documentation and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
