Job summary

Strong Hold in Louisville, KY is seeking a reliable 2nd shift Machine Operator. From 5:00pm to 3:30am you will set up, adjust, and operate machinery to bend and form heavy-duty steel components for our cabinets, workstations, and carts.

You will read blueprints, select tooling, measure parts with calipers, squares and tapes, and maintain a clean, safe workstation while upholding our obsessively overbuilt quality standard.

Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings/blueprints.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication or press brakes preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Able to pass drug, physical, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate bending/forming equipment.
• Read blueprints and determine material requirements and bending sequences.
• Inspect finished components with measuring tools to ensure tolerances.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep a clean, safe workstation.
