FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator in Coldwater, MI. You will set up and run production machinery, adjust speeds and feeds, and monitor output while ensuring quality standards.

You will read blueprints, inspect parts with precision tools, and maintain production records. The role requires 1+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment and a high school diploma, with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of prior machinist experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate equipment/machinery to run production cycles.
• Control and adjust machine settings (speed, feed).
• Monitor machines and equipment; feed raw material or parts.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools; read blueprints.
• Meet daily production targets; follow procedures and quality requirements.
• Adhere to 5S and cleanliness; ensure records are completed accurately.
