Job summary

Big 3 Precision Products Inc. in Michigan is seeking a production associate for the 2nd shift (4:15PM–2:45AM). You will review job instructions, operate machines, load/unload, and perform routing, drilling, deburring, flame processing and assembly as required.

Responsibilities include completing production reports, packing according to the Information Sheet, and performing visual inspections. Safety rules must be observed, attendance maintained, and heavy lifting up to 60 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• Good attendance and ability to follow instructions.
• Understand tools required to produce product.
• Work independently or within a team and stay accurate with attention to detail.
• Operate machines and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Review all job information and instructions before running production.
• Complete the Production Report as required during shift.
• Load/Unload Machine.
• Route, drill, deburr, scrape, flame and assemble products as required.
• Pack/stack product according to the Job Information Sheet.
• Perform visual inspections and notify supervisor if more than 1 part is nonconforming.
• Cut scrap into manageable pieces.
• Assist in teardown or setup of production machines.
