Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Must adhere to established safety and quality procedures and protocols.
• Ability to pass audits and inspections as required by customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Belt and stone finishing and refinishing of visual indications.
• Perform all gauging necessary.
• Operate buffing wheel.
• Ensure dimensional integrity of all parts using gauges, micrometers, calipers and dial indicators.
• Ensure visual acceptance of castings.
• Pass inspection/audits per customer specifications and company procedures.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Record daily work, time distribution and follow routing codes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and cooperate with coworkers and supervisors.
