Job summary

LeoForce in Northfield, MN is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Technician to operate specialized equipment and ensure precision in manufacturing flexible circuits and related components. The role emphasizes strict adherence to SOPs and quality standards, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. The shift runs 2 p.m.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or production preferred; willingness to learn for newcomers.
High attention to detail with ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Good manual dexterity and precision when handling small components under magnification.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment to manufacture flexible circuits, rigid flex boards, flexible heaters, or related specialty electronic components according to work instructions and quality standards.
Inspect finished and in-process products using visual inspection and precision tools to ensure conformance to specifications.
Follow traveler documentation and SOPs accurately at each stage of production.
Identify and communicate defects, deviations, or material issues promptly to leads or quality personnel.
