LeoForce in the United States seeks anAssembler for the 2nd shift to join our manufacturing team. You will read blueprints, perform data entry, and conduct quality inspections while using screw machines and adhering to safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in assembly, a detail-oriented mindset, and strong teamwork abilities. This role supports continuous improvement in our aerospace-grade fastener production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in assembly, manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience with data entry, safety protocols, quality inspections, and screw machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong safety focus.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and capable of improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to blueprints and drawings.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product quality and safety.
• Log assembly processes, specifications, and QC results via data entry.
• Operate screw machines and other equipment following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize assembly workflows.
• Provide guidance on assembly procedures and quality control methods.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to raise quality and efficiency.
