Job summary

LeoForce in Bloomington, MN is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Technician. The role involves operating production equipment for flexible circuits and related components, inspecting with precision tools, and adhering to SOPs. A high school diploma or GED is required, with willingness to learn and strong attention to detail.

You will work 2 p.m. – 11 p.m., stand for long periods, and collaborate with a team to ensure quality and safety. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical coursework is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred; willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and SOPs.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture flexible circuits, rigid flex boards, or related components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect finished and in-process products using visual inspection techniques and precision measuring tools.
• Follow traveler documentation and SOPs at each stage of the production process.
• Identify and communicate defects or material issues to leads or quality personnel promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to safety and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and quality.
• Cross-train across multiple production areas to support flexibility.
• Complete required production documentation accurately and timely.
