Orchid Orthopedic Solutions is seeking a Deburr Technician in Santa Ana, CA. You will deburr orthopedic parts using a microscope and hand tools, ensuring precise dimensions and high-quality finishes for medical devices.

You will work second shift on site, with a 10% premium in addition to base hourly rate. Prior microscopy and precision measuring experience is preferred, with comprehensive safety protocols and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with microscopes and precision measurement equipment preferred.
• Shift work on second shift in California is required.

Responsibilities

• Use a microscope and small knives/hand tools to remove burrs from small parts.
• Use calipers and gauges to check dimensional accuracy.
• Follow all safety and work instructions carefully.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Report equipment or material issues to supervisor or lead.
