Crystal Group is seeking an Assembler, Conformal Coat to assemble and coat circuit boards with precision on a full-time, on-site team. You will prepare surfaces, apply conformal coatings, and follow detailed drawings and instructions.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable working in a controlled environment with safety protocols. Ideal applicants may hold IPC certification and possess strong hand-eye coordination, teamwork, and attention to detail to maintain

Qualifications

• Must be a US Person (US citizen, permanent resident, or protected person).
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• IPC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies.
• Coat surfaces with conformal coating using various methods.
• Follow process sheets, drawings, and engineering documentation.
