Job summary

Specialty Coating Systems, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented operator to hand-apply conformal coating to customer products according to Work Instructions, using small tools and a microscope as required.

You will inspect your work for quality, follow established procedures, maintain a clean and safe work area, and assist with cleaning, disassembly or refurbishment of CCAs and fixtures in a clean room environment.

Qualifications

Must clearly speak, read and write English.
Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to perform basic math.
High manual dexterity with fine tools (e.g., X-acto knives, tweezers).
Must distinguish colors and have good vision (20/20 or better).

Responsibilities

Follow designated processes and work instructions to apply conformal coating by hand.
Perform hand coating with small tools, brushes, and microscopes as required.
Inspect own work for quality compliance.
May inspect, disassemble, clean or refurbish coating fixtures and CCAs.
Comply with ESD handling requirements and safety policies.
Maintain punctuality and attendance.
Remove/strip conformal coating as specified.
Clean/Wash/Bake CCAs as specified.
