Job summary

Compunetix in Monroeville, PA, is seeking a production operator to prepare circuit boards for coating, apply adhesives, and perform conformal coating and assembly tasks. This is a first or second shift role in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work with chemicals. We offer competitive wages and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience not required but a plus.
• Good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare circuit boards for coating process.
• Apply adhesives to circuit boards.
• Manually apply conformal coating to circuit boards.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines.
• Perform conformal coating touch-up on assemblies after automated spray process.
• Perform other assembly tasks as needed.
