Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of assembly experience with small parts.
• 1 year of crimping and gluing small parts.
• 1 year performing material replenishment duties.
• 1 year conducting in-process inspections.
• 1 year performing changeovers for parts and equipment.
• 1 year setting up auto baggers and printers for new orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly using hand tools and bench-top presses to meet production goals.
• Handle and inspect small parts to ensure quality throughout manufacturing.
• Escalate production or quality issues to the Team Lead as needed.
• Operate equipment required for assigned tasks and follow shop practices.
• Submit Safety Observations and Ideas Program contributions.
• Maintain DHRs and update hour-by-hour boards and Pareto charts.
