Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Assembly Operator (2nd Shift) for a precision manufacturing facility in O'Fallon, MO (63366).

This role features a great 4-day work week (Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts) so you can enjoy 3-day weekends! In this position, you will assemble and load fixtures, perform precision quality checks, make basic welder/fixture adjustments, and operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Hands-on forklift experience.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools.
• Excellent attendance and reliable transportation to O'Fallon, MO 63366.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment evaluations and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, align, load, and unload fixtures or assemblies per technical specs.
• Submit first-off samples to QA; adjust welders/fixtures to match blueprints.
• Perform basic measurements and quality checks using calipers, micrometers, scales, gauges.
• Operate Stand-Up and Sit-Down Forklifts to move materials.
• Verify parts, materials, and hardware are staged for production.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE protocols.
