Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Forklift & Material Handling Operator for the 2nd shift in O'Fallon, MO. The role involves operating powered industrial trucks, scanning inventory with RF devices, and supporting shipping/receiving operations.

You will work in a fast-paced distribution setting with a 2nd shift schedule. Training and safety protocols are part of the daily routine, with a path to temp-to-hire and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on forklift operation in a distribution, warehouse, or industrial setting.
• RF scanners, overhead cranes, or track mobiles experience is highly desirable.
• Background in metal processing, logistics, heavy warehousing, or industrial transit is a strong advantage.
• Sharp eye for detail and knowledge of safe stacking procedures.
• Reliable attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to O'Fallon, MO 63366.
• Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive forklifts safely to load, unload, transfer, and stage materials throughout the warehouse and dock areas.
• Operate overhead cranes, track mobiles, and other equipment to move heavy stock and position rail cars safely.
• Securely stack, block, and organize incoming and outgoing goods to prevent damage and hazards.
• Use handheld RF scanners to record inventory movements and process shipping/receiving logs.
• Keep work areas clean and uphold all safety and compliance protocols.
