Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar industrial, distribution, or material handling environment.
• Background in transportation, metal processing, or heavy industrial inventory is a plus.
• Prior exposure or experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, track mobiles, or handheld RF scanners is preferred.
• Commitment to workplace safety, proper material blocking/stacking, and accurate recordkeeping.
• Daily punctuality and dependable transportation to O'Fallon, MO.
• Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, package, and manage inventory throughout receiving, staging, and shipping processes.
• Ensure product and materials are stored safely, blocked properly, and organized to prevent damage.
• Accurately complete daily tracking paperwork, record inventory data, and utilize handheld scanners.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area to uphold strict safety standards.
