Carter LOGISTEED Express, Inc. | Carter LOGISTEED Logistics, LLC. is seeking a Document Control Specialist to manage driver documents at our Madison, AL terminal and process all paperwork for our operations.

You will audit, scan, index, and forward driver paperwork to accounting, while liaising with Dispatch and dock personnel to ensure efficient workflows and compliance with DOT policies.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Attention to detail; ability to work in a team and collaborate.
• Knowledge of standard warehouse and DOT policy preferred.

Mansioni

• Process paperwork, emails, and communicate between dock personnel and other facilities.
• Handle all department related phone calls.
• Work and collaborate with Dispatch by filing and processing paperwork.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
• Communicate well with internal and external drivers and companies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
