Carter LOGISTEED Express, Inc. | Carter LOGISTEED Logistics, LLC. is seeking a 3rd Shift Dispatch Operations Supervisor in Madison, AL. The role leads a team of dispatchers and drivers to meet operational goals and improve productivity at the Mazda Toyota Manufacturing plant.

Requires strong communication, process-driven mindset, and 2+ years in transportation management. On-site role with responsibilities including scheduling, coaching, and compliance with policies.

Competenze

• Two years of transportation management, operations, or customer experience required.
• Transportation experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Continuous Improvement and process development experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensure adherence to all processes and Standard Work Instructions.
• Review staff performance and provide developmental coaching as needed.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, vacations and payroll.
• Coordinate, delegate, and monitor daily tasks and activities.
• Provide clear communication and instructions to all dispatchers and drivers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.
• Promote a safe and professional atmosphere for staff and drivers.
• Cultivate strong relationships and promote a team environment.
