Job Title: 2nd Shift Power Equipment Operator – Picking & Receiving

Location: Beaumont, CA US

Position Type: Full-Time 2pm - 10:30pm

Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Power Equipment Operators to join our team. This role focuses on Picking and Receiving within our Distribution Center. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will operate power equipment to accurately pick and receive products, ensuring inventory and shipment accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking:

  • Use powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker, order picker, turret) to safely and efficiently pick orders and prepare them for shipment.
  • Verify product types, quantities, and quality by reviewing orders and picking tickets.
  • Ensure correct picking and packing to meet customer requirements.

• Receiving:

  • Operate power equipment to unload shipments and transport goods to storage locations.
  • Verify incoming products against packing lists, invoices, or purchase orders.
  • Inspect products for damages and report discrepancies or damages.

• Inventory Control:

  • Maintain accurate inventory counts using scanning and cycle counts.
  • Organize and store inventory to maximize warehouse space and accessibility.
  • Follow procedures for labeling and tagging.

• Safety & Compliance:

  • Operate warehouse equipment safely following safety protocols.
  • Keep workspace clean and organized.
  • Report maintenance issues and take safety precautions.

• Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock management.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse operations, focusing on picking and receiving.
• Ability to operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and turret trucks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification required.
