Job summary

Bobbie in Heath, OH seeks a Quality Assurance Technician to support in-process testing of liquid mix, bulk powder, and finished infant and toddler formula. Responsibilities include sampling raw materials, testing pH and total solids, and keeping labs clean and stocked.

The role requires knowledge of cGMP/cGLP, a degree in Microbiology/Chemistry/Food Science, FDA-regulated experience preferred, and adaptability to manufacturing changes.

Qualifications

• cGLP and cGMP knowledge required.
• Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry or Food Science preferred.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment preferred.
• Must be highly adaptable to changes in manufacturing.
• Experience with DEACOM, Sartorius, CEM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure laboratories are clean and well-organized at all times.
• Conduct physical stability testing on bulk powder (e.g., density, pH, moisture).
• Conduct final testing on finished goods (headspace oxygen, leaker testing, fill weight).
• Sample incoming raw materials and enter data to support release.
• Place raw material, bulk powder and finished goods on hold as directed by Quality Management.
