Qualifications

• Must be able to operate knives or scissors as part of inspection and trimming.
• Ability to follow directions quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate product quality while ensuring a safe work environment.
• Monitor machines and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
• Identify and remove diseased birds or contaminated parts from the line.
• Trim disease and contamination from product as required.
