Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Mon-Fri with overtime as needed) at our Sidney, OH facility. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment and piping systems to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications include 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 2nd shift schedule: 2pm–10pm with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all manufacturing equipment.
• Install and maintain piping systems and ensure equipment runs efficiently.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain logs and pass on shift information.
• Support maintenance customers in production, warehouse, and paint line.
