DSB Technologies in Janesville, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot control and non-control gear, and support reliability improvements.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years electro-mechanical maintenance experience, experience with PLCs, a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to work from ladders, and a forklift license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years electro-mechanical Maintenance Tech experience.
• Experience operating, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs.
• Ability to work from ladder or elevated platform.
• Forklift license or certification required.
• Solid understanding of pneumatics, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Execute routine, preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair control and non-control based equipment.
• Suggest components for upgrades to standardize parts across the facility.
• Keep work area organized and cleaned after each job.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance reliability and maintainability.
• Document maintenance activities and inventory control.
• Assist in development of preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Handle parts pickup and stocking of maintenance items.
