DSB Technologies LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our operations on the 2nd shift in Janesville, WI. The role offers a consistent schedule with long weekends, and salary ranging from $26.00 to $35.00 hourly, with a strong benefits package including healthcare, 401(k), and life insurance.

Responsibilities include maintenance execution, troubleshooting PLCs, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in electro-mechanical maintenance.
• Experience operating, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work from ladders and elevated platforms.
• Forklift license required.
• Basic understanding of blueprints preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine, preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment.
• Identify problems and implement standardization of parts on new equipment.
• Maintain organized work area and clean after each job.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve reliability.
• Document maintenance work orders and inventory control.
• Assist in developing preventative and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Direct repairs arising from PM and condition monitoring.
• Continue development of skills to improve efficiency.
• Assist in parts pickup and stocking of maintenance items.
