Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.

• Comfortable using a computer.
• Read and interpret prints, dimensions and packaging specs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extrusion equipment (extruders, co-extruders, heater bands, dies, etc.).
• Start up machines and set parameters to produce high-quality products.
• Read and understand prints, dimensions, and packaging specs.
• Monitor and measure product quality; record data in SPC and LCS systems.
• Perform changeovers; adjust lengths and angles during runs.
