Job summary

T.O. Plastics in Minnesota is hiring for production operators on 2nd and 3rd shifts. The 2nd shift runs 1:45pm to 9:45pm, Monday to Friday, and the 3rd shift runs 9:45pm to 5:45am, Sunday to Thursday, with a 15% differential for the night shift.

You will operate forming lines, perform setup, monitor quality, and support continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, basic math and measurement skills, and familiarity with GMP and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Some manufacturing experience preferred; familiarity with equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs and product specs is advantageous.
• Ability to read, write and speak basic English; basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production lines; identify quality issues and codes.
• Provide training to new Packers and assist with paperwork.
• Set up lines, perform basic troubleshooting and roll changes.
• Maintain paperwork for inventory, quality control and scheduling.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, safe work areas.
