Job summary

Graham Packaging Company seeks a Machine Operator in Modesto, CA, on 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday). You will operate plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment, perform minor repairs, and ensure safe, efficient production of high‑quality containers.

You will follow safety policies, support continuous improvement, and maintain accurate production records. You’ll be part of a team that values accountability, collaboration and initiative, with opportunities to learn and grow

Qualifications

• Must maintain regular, predictable and punctual attendance.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Make minor adjustments or repairs to maintain quality and reduce scrap.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and basic repairs.
• Keep work area clean and document production records accurately.
• Communicate with shift supervisor to coordinate line support.
