Stanley Black & Decker in Willard, OH seeks a Forklift/PIV Operator for 2nd shift (2pm-10pm). The role involves loading/unloading, scanning inventory, and keeping lines stocked. Requires forklift license and reading/comprehension skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid lift truck operator's license or complete lift truck training.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to learn the layout of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily safety check sheet on forklift.
• Loading and unloading parts or materials off trucks.
• Scan parts in and out of stock locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Keep assembly lines and associated departments stocked with the proper amount of parts.
• Avoid overstocking lines or departments with excess inventory.
• Abide by all Willard safety policies.
• Follow all applicable ISO standards & procedures.
• Ensure all stock areas are kept neat and organized.
• Use proper radio etiquette.
• Provide backup as needed throughout the department as needed.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Zone Leader.
