Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking a Picker for 2nd shift to accurately pick outbound orders using an RF scan gun and stand-up forklift. You will ensure correct items are picked, scanned, and delivered to the pack cell timely, while maintaining safety and inventory integrity.

The role requires basic reading/math, HS diploma, and good communication. Compensation includes shift differential and benefits with opportunities for growth within the CRH family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic reading and math skills; must be able to follow directions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct products by verifying material picked matches the provided documents.
• Operate mobile equipment safely (stand-up forklift).
• Check quality of product and report findings to Packer, Lead, or Supervisor.
• Using RF gun, scan out Transfer Orders accurately to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain organization and good housekeeping.
• Hit target order counts and complete workload in a timely manner.
