Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking 2nd shift Order Pickers at our Coxsackie, NY distribution center. You will safely pick, sort, stage, and transport product using RF scanners and voice systems, working Monday–Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm.

Role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour with a monthly incentive bonus, PIT certification training, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, distribution, shipping or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Overtime availability based on business demands.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or voice systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, or labor management systems.
• Build and label pallets, maintain inventory accuracy and safety.
• Communicate with team and participate in housekeeping and safety practices.
