Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a Picker in New Jersey to ensure safe and accurate order picking and timely delivery to the pack cell. You will operate a stand-up forklift, use RF scanning for transfer orders, and maintain inventory integrity.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, forklift experience, and strong communication skills to coordinate with packers and supervisors and meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct products by verifying material picked matches the provided documents
• Operate mobile equipment safely (stand-up forklift)
• Check quality of product and report findings to Packer, Lead, or Supervisor
• Using RF gun, scan out Transfer Orders accurately to maintain inventory integrity
• Maintain organization and good housekeeping
• Hit target order counts and complete workload in a timely manner

Job Summary

The Picker ensures safe and accurate picking of outbound orders using an RF scan gun. The Picker is accountable for the execution and accuracy of the order picking and delivery to the pack cell in a timely manner.

Compensation

• The hourly pay rate is $19.00/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential
