Bayer is seeking a Utility Worker for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:20 PM) in Myerstown, PA. The role focuses on cleaning machines, parts and department areas, while maintaining a safe work environment in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning and material handling in manufacturing.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, SOPs, cGMPs, safety and PPE requirements.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean machines, parts and department areas of foreign material.
• Ensure safety by following PPE, SOPs, cGMPs and OSHA requirements.
• Use cleaning tools and equipment including floor scrubbers and ultrasonic baths.
• Assist packaging and manufacturing line teams as needed.
• Perform cleaning tasks during plant shutdowns.
