Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be willing to work overtime based on production demands.
• Experience with GMP/SOP environments preferred.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, operator manuals and work instructions.
• Experience with material handling equipment and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work environment and follow PPE, SOPs, cGMPs, and OSHA requirements.
• Meet production schedules and coordinate with team/supervision.
• Care for and clean work area; participate in safety improvement projects.
• Operate, set up, changeover, and maintain equipment and rooms to manufacture products.
• Record process steps, production results, and materials used in SAP/MES/EBR systems.
• Train and cross-train team members and support shift handoffs.
