Job summary

Bayer AG in Myerstown, PA seeks a Pharmaceutical Operator for 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:20 PM). You will perform tasks to plan and manufacture high quality products, operate and maintain equipment, and ensure cGMP compliance while meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to work overtime as production demands require.
• Experience with forklift and material handling equipment is preferred.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks to plan and manufacture high quality products on time and in the right quantities.
• Work with operators and supervisors to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
• Maintain, clean, and organize work area; participate in safety projects.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment; set up, changeover and maintain equipment and rooms.
• Record production steps, results, and cGMP information; manage daily sheets.
• Review work output and ensure quality; communicate issues to supervision.
