Qualifications

• Requires BS in Chemistry/Engineering with 5+ years in pharma, or 10+ years in pharma with supervision experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP, deviations, and CAPA processes.
• Experience supervising in a union environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train shift personnel; ensure understanding of duties and procedures.
• Organize production activities to match schedule and ensure material readiness.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory rules; review batch records.
