Job summary

Legend Biotech in Raritan, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Tech I/II (2nd Shift) to support cGMP cell therapy manufacturing. The role focuses on maintenance of HVAC, clean rooms, refrigeration, and associated systems, with emphasis on troubleshooting and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will read blueprints, operate CMMS work orders, and collaborate with Technical Operations to drive robust production and continuous improvement. Requires multi-craft experience and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience in cGMP cleanroom manufacturing under aseptic conditions preferred.
• Proficiency in more than one craft.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, cleanroom systems, and related equipment.
• Perform minor upgrades and installations of facilities and systems.
• Maintain compliance with codes and company procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and P&IDs.
• Support maintenance-driven quality events and continuous improvement.
