Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or related field required.
• At least 1 year of electronics, circuit boards, soldering, and organizational skills.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation is offered; must live within 50 miles of Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear work area with the Logistics Supervisor and teams.
• Track PCB inventory and issue components for each job.
• Ensure PCB inventory accuracy by recording transactions in the system.
• Provide production with necessary PCBs and service with spare parts.
• Participate in cycle counting activities.
• Program and test all PCBs.
• Test software and approve new versions of the same.
• Keep the Board Room clean and organized.
