Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Process Engineer for our East Syracuse, NY facility. This full-time, onsite role requires 2nd shift work with extensive training on first shift and travel under 10%.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering and 2–4 years of process engineering experience; PCB fabrication exposure is a plus. ITAR requires US citizenship or permanent residency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–4 years as a Process Engineer; 1+ year in PCB fabrication is a plus.
• US citizenship or permanent resident due to ITAR requirements.
• Onsite role in East Syracuse, NY; 2nd shift with 1st shift training; <10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Interface with departments to maintain, analyze, and improve processes and docs.
• Qualify new processes, perform root-cause analysis on daily issues.
• Evaluate equipment via DOE and capability testing; program and troubleshoot equipment software.
• Provide technical support for customers and suppliers related to processes.
• Maintain safety standards, PPE usage, and reporting of incidents.
