Job summary

CHEP is seeking an Assembly Line Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 6:00PM-4:45AM) to disassemble and reassemble pallet components. You will work with a team to ensure precise assembly, quality control, and safe operations in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25–30 lbs, and adherence to repair guidelines and safety standards. Starting pay is $18.30 per hour with a $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with production tools such as pneumatic nail guns.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing processes.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
