Job summary

CHEP UK Ltd. in Livonia, MI is seeking a hands-on Industrial Pallet Assembly Operator for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5:30am-2:00pm).

You will assemble pallet components, follow safety protocols, and contribute to quality control in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You should have a high school diploma (preferred), experience with pneumatic nail guns or similar tools, and a strong attention to detail with the ability to collaborate with teammates.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pneumatic nail guns and production tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality adherence.

Responsibilities

• Assemble top or bottom pallet components following guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless parts integration.
• Conduct visual inspections for pallet defects and quality.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; use PPE as required.
• Work with others to troubleshoot assembly issues.
