Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Read and comprehend procedures, operator and safety manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• General computer proficiency, including MS Office and other company systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and hang parts, components, or assemblies on paint line rack or fixtures according to specifications.
• Ensure proper spacing, balance, and alignment of parts for optimal coating coverage.
• Mask or plug surfaces as required to protect areas from paint.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality before hanging.
• Assist with loading and unloading the paint line and organizing workflow.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness, damage, defects, before and after painting.
• Maintain work area cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Report any issues, shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors.
