Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Packer for a 2nd shift to verify products, pack and kit orders, maintain inventory, and prepare shipments. You will use RF scanners and operate pallet jacks, with overtime opportunities and benefits described in the posting.

Pay rate is to be discussed during the hiring process; weekend coverage may be required. The role is with a global manufacturing leader and offers direct deposit weekly pay and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience required.
• Experience with packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, or order fulfillment preferred.
• Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems.
• Experience using pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks, or material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Verify products and quantities and inspect materials for quality.
• Pack and kit customer orders and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare products for shipment and ensure orders meet quality standards before delivery.
• Daily use of RF scanners and operating pallet jacks and material handling equipment.
• Apply shipping labels and packing lists to orders.
