Tyson Foods in South Hutchinson, Kansas is hiring for an entry-level Packer Labor on the 2nd shift. You will package product to the production rate, palletize, label boxes, operate material handling equipment, and rotate through tasks as assigned.

This role requires lifting up to 40 pounds and the ability to meet safety and GMP requirements. Starting pay is $19.85 per hour with a $1.10 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, non-skilled position requiring adherence to safety and Tyson policies.
• Must be willing and able to push/pull/lift with arms up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to rotate through multiple positions as required.

Responsibilities

• Package product at rate of speed established for production.
• Palletize/hand stack finished product.
• Label and fold boxes.
• Operate material handling equipment.
• Rotate through positions as applicable.
• Comply with safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
