Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring Warehouse Associates for our Chestertown, MD facility specializing in manufacturing and distribution of water quality testing kits. Immediate openings exist for 1st and 2nd shifts with full-time schedules.

Pay is $16-$17 per hour, with 401(k) and full benefits after a probationary period. Responsibilities include packing, labeling, stocking and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Overtime and teamwork are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Some transferrable skills in warehousing (stocking, organizing, packing, etc.)
• Good manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team and work overtime as needed.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Building boxes for items to be shipped out.
• Kit finished products and pack/label manufactured products with precision and accuracy.
• Cross train onto packing and production machinery operation as required.
• Maintaining clean and neat work environment.

Details for the Warehouse Associate:

• Multiple Schedules Available:
  • Full time 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:15pm
  • Full time 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:15pm
• Pay Rate: $16-17/hr (based on experience)
• 401k and full benefits after a probationary period

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Warehouse Associate:
