Job summary

Henkel's Consumer Brands unit in the United States is hiring for a 2nd shift production operator in Luzerne County. You will operate machines, set up equipment, monitor quality, and keep daily production records while following safety and Lean/DMS practices.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing, can flex schedule including weekends, are proficient with Word/Excel, and hold or pursuing forklift certification.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Willingness to flex schedule including weekends/holidays and shift changes.
• Proficiency with computer software (Word, Excel).
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Problem solving and technical troubleshooting; seek help when needed.
• Team-oriented with willingness to share knowledge.
• Current forklift certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines and production equipment safely per instructions.
• Sets up or adjusts equipment to manufacturing specifications.
• Ensures equipment operates meeting quality standards.
• Monitors output quality and discards faulty products.
• Maintains daily production records for performance analysis.
• Willing to work weekend overtime shifts.
• Participates in HPS activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Maintain DMS routines for Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection.
