80/20 Llc is seeking a Packaging Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon - Thurs, 2p-12a) in Columbia City, IN. You will handle packaging, palletizing, and related shipping tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include processing various orders, packaging small items, and operating packaging equipment. A high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and physical ability to lift 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reads, writes and speaks English.
• Able to stand, twist, bend, stoop, kneel and lift 40 lbs for a long shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the packaging areas by processing skid orders, full-length orders, and small package orders.
• Package small parts boxes.
• Palletize or band panels and operate packaging equipment in all areas of shipping.
• All other assignments as needed.
