Job summary

80/20 is seeking a Packaging Operator to manage basic shipping tasks in our fast-paced facility in Indiana. You will process, package and palletize shipments to customers and vendors, supporting the shipping department day-to-day.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to read, write and speak English, and lift up to 40 lbs for long shifts. Experience in fast-paced packing environments is a plus; we value reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reads, writes and speaks English.
• Able to stand, twist, bend, stoop, kneel and lift 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience packing in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process skid orders, full-length orders and small package orders.
• Package small parts boxes.
• Palletize or band panels and operate packaging equipment in shipping.
