Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Packaging Operator to operate and changeover packaging line equipment, inspect finished goods, and back up line operators as needed. You will follow checklists, perform quality control, and handle materials while coordinating with MES, EWM, and SAP systems.

Starting hourly rate includes a shift differential and is set to support evening shifts; you will work Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, contributing to a safety-conscious, efficiency-driven

Qualifications

• 1-3 years production experience preferred.
• 1-year fork truck experience preferred.
• Demonstrated Leadership Experience

• Advanced troubleshooting/process improvement/root cause analysis experience

Responsibilities

Your role at Clorox:

The Packaging department’s purpose is to produce high quality finished cases of product in a safe and efficient manner that meets customer requirements and minimizes costs. The purpose of this position is to operate and changeover limited equipment and inspect finished goods and packaging materials for defects. This position must be able to act as a backup for line operators in their absence. Day to day general direction is provided by the Lead Operator and the Packaging Manager.

Starting Hourly Rate: $29.00 per hour + $0.95 Shift Differential
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

In this role, you will:
