Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of operator experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Ability to work on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime as needed.
• Stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift.
• Resume required.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging line equipment; ensure setup and proper operation.
• Perform changeovers on equipment following procedures.
• Repair equipment malfunctions using mechanical skills.
• Identify and report quality problems to ensure product standards.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and parts; order replacements as needed.
• Support improvement projects and equipment installations with engineering.
• Follow safety procedures and document maintenance work.
• Attend required training and stay updated on new equipment.
